Cancellation
At The Sol & Co, we understand that life can be unpredictable and plans sometimes change. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be subject to a 50% fee of the quoted service total.
No-shows will also be charged 50% of the quoted amount. This policy allows us to respect the time reserved for you and offer availability to other clients when possible. We truly appreciate your courtesy, communication, and understanding. Thank you for choosing The Sol & Co.
